Aarne Saareväli
Aarne knows what challenges can do to people. It activates them, it makes progress happen. Having spent 10 years in banking, dealing with the Baltic’s leading bank’s (Hansabank) major customers on corporate finance issues, there is hardly anything that can surprise him. Under Aarne’s supervision Hansabank entered to the Russian market and opened their first branch for financing operations in Moscow 2003. He is known for his rational mind, quick reaction and setting priorities. He knows best what is needed to get things done and make things happen.

Aarne graduated from the Estonian Business School with an MBA in 2000.
From 1997 to 2002 he held the position of director of the Factoring Division of AS Hansa Leasing Eesti. Starting from 2002 Aarne was appointed to the positions of CEO of AS Hansa Leasing Russia and Head of Trade Finance, Hansabank. He is fluent in English, Russian and Finnish.
Daniel Lumi
Daniel always concentrates on the client. He is decisive, always on the move, always in balance. Daniel strives forward and pulls the team with him. His power to act and proceed is admirable and inspiring. During his 8 years in the Hansabank Group Daniel has learnt to set targets and stick to them.

Daniel was the coordinator of factoring in the Baltic countries for 2 years and has the highest qualifications for financing international trade. As a former member of the Hansabank Credit Committee and member of the board of AS Hansa Leasing Eesti, Daniel has obtained extensive know-how in tailor-made finance solutions for every client.

Daniel studied economics in the Tallinn Technical University and psychology in the University Nord. He is fluent in English and Russian.
Priit Sohkin
Everything done with dedication is well done. This motto of Priit has made him succeed in tasks he has taken. He has 3 years of experience in Hansabank’s Corporate Finance Department and 7 years of experience as a financial manager in several international trading enterprises. Working in these positions Priit gained valuable experience that made him very familiar with corporate finance, bookkeeping and administrative issues. He thoroughly knows the business, understanding its rules and possible problems that may appear. Any issue can be solved in a responsible and progressive manner.
Priit graduated from the Estonian Business School with an MBA in 1998. He is fluent in Russian and English.
Igor Novikov
Igor has 10 years of banking experience, having worked in the Tallinn Business Bank and Parex Bank. He has held the positions of CEO of TBB Leasing, head of the Loan Department of TBB, and Chief Risk Officer in the Parex branch of Estonia. He is a respected lecturer in the Tallinn Technical University. Currently Igor is preparing to complete his PhD degree. Igor holds PhD degree from Tallinn Technical University.
Igor Molder
Igor values challenges and striving for success. He has great ability to see the broad picture of processes and their interrelations which are highly important for making the right choices and achieving goals. He encourages everyone to celebrate his motto: whatever you do — do it as good as you can.

Igor has nearly 10 years of banking experience. His career at Hansapank started at 2001 as an investment consultant and continued through Private Wealth Management and involvement in management of PWM Russian team, which creates new business opportunities in Russian and CIS regions. He was targeted to provide portfolio and client relationship management in the segment of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and companies. Igor was responsible for real estate asset class in Private Wealth Management department, was a member of PWM Investment Committee and a member of Private Equity Investment Committee (along with Hansa Funds). From 2005 until 2008 – a member of Arco Baltic Real Estate Fund supervisory board.
